This is for a talented, driven, hard working, woman in the work force of New York City. She is in school full time, working full time, and kicking ass at staying a float. She has recently relocated to a shelter and is keeping her belongings in storage. Between work,  school and New York’s excessive expense, she has had to uproot her independence and security. She does all of this with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart. Never would she ask for a hand out or special consideration. She genuinely takes life’s challenges as her own and as her coworker, I see the over flowing responsibility and hard ships she faces. My goal is to get her enough money to cover first month, last month and security deposit. This woman deserves safety and a place to call her own. She’s put everything on the line to advance her education and future. Sadly, it’s been at the expense of her own well being. Please help get a phenomenal example of goodness into a permanent place of stability.
